If you need an excellent plumbing service then Mitchell is your man..I have a Victorian house and the plumbing is a nightmare, but despite the difficulties Mitchell fitted a lovely new washbasin…He was polite, efficient and very professional. At no point did he try to pressure me , he advised me, but let me decide what I wanted done..which was great as I am an 88 yr old woman, somewhat deaf who Is used to being treated as senile..Thanks Mitchell..it was a pleasure doing business with you

After reading previous reviews I booked Mitchell to fix a leak coming through a light fitting. I then booked him to replace taps on bath and kitchen sink. Very happy with price and workmanship.

I Used Mitchell before to install a new radiator, he was reasonably priced polite etc and I was really pleased. So when our boiler started leaking he was the first person to call. New diverter fitted and new service completed at the same time. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I really don’t know how to thank these lovely people Mitch and Jeff for the work they carried out today at my mums.

They fitted a new boiler for my mother who lives with dementia the respect and understanding they showed her was second to none.

From start to finish Mitch has communicated with me every step of the process from buying the boiler to fitting it today. Very professional and friendly the job they carried out was outstanding and you would never have known they had been in the house.

Boiler broke down on the Wednesday evening phoned Braxton Plumbing Thursday morning, visited Thursday evening advised of the problem and stated can fix but this would be short term, had total confidence that the guys were looking out for me, in the end we agreed to replace as long term best advice.
