## About these terms
These terms apply to work carried out by Braxton's Plumbing & Heating Limited, based in Romford.

## Quotes
Nothing is priced blind. Quotes are given from photos or a site visit. Quotes from photos for general plumbing are free. A quote that needs a site visit costs £45 +VAT, which is deducted from the bill if you accept the quote.

Quotes are usually sent within a couple of hours of the visit, and sometimes up to 24 hours if we're waiting on supplier information.

## Prices and VAT
All prices on this website and in our quotes exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. "From" prices are starting prices; your quote confirms the actual price.

## Fault diagnosis
Heating and boiler fault diagnosis is charged at £90 +VAT.

## Guarantee and warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Parts are not covered by our guarantee. New boilers carry the manufacturer's warranty, which ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the boiler.

## Hours and availability
Working hours are 8am to 5pm. Phones are answered until 10pm; calls after 10pm are returned the next day. Emergency call-outs cover no heat, no hot water and leaks, subject to availability.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
